Stanislav Mazurenko, Ph.D.
Stanislav completed his PhD in Applied Mathematics and Informatics at Moscow State University in 2013. He then joined Loschmidt Laboratories where he acquired expertise
in modelling and data analysis in the fields of Enzyme Kinetics and Protein Thermodynamics. He spent one year at the University of Liverpool studying modern optimization techniques and is now back in Brno as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action fellow at Masaryk University. His main research interests lie at the interface of mathematics, computer science, and protein engineering. He is now actively working on automated data processing for microfluidics and machine learning for protein engineering. Stanislav has co-authored 13 scientific papers in the top biochemical and mathematical journals.
