Alan, Daniel and Jana Attended Interdisciplinary Meeting in Milovy

Our PhD students, Alan Strunga, Daniel Pluskal, and Jana Horackova, attended the 24th Interdisciplinary Meeting of Young Life Scientists in Milovy from May 18-21, 2025. Alan showcased his work on developing new protein thrombolytic drugs. Daniel and Jana delivered lectures focused on bioluminescence — Daniel introduced a versatile tool for biological imaging based on the naturally occurring bioluminescence resonance energy transfer complex, while Jana explained the mechanism and allosteric behavior of NanoLuc.
