Pavel’s Research Internship at Chalmers University
Our doctoral student, Pavel Kohout, recently spent one month at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden. During his research stay in the Zelezniak Lab, he explored whether molecular dynamics simulations and their machine-learning-based counterparts can explain experimental observables.
Under the supervision of postdoctoral researcher Sandra Viknander, Pavel investigated how protein dynamics can improve the scoring of in silico-designed variants.
The research internship was supported by #CLARA.
