Research interests

Andrea Schenkmayerova is a multidisciplinary scientist with solid background in biotechnology. She is interested in structural biology, specifically macromolecular crystallography and its application in understanding the structure-function relationship of proteins. She is excited about applied research and she wishes to further forward her career towards drug design in the pharmaceutical industry.
