Faraneh is interested in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and their application in collecting, analyzing protein data, reducing its dimensionality, and prediction. She explores machine learning methods for producing designs of improved proteins. Faraneh's background is in prediction model development designed for drug-protein interactions prediction.Education
