Research interests

Hana Faldynová is primarily interested in the molecular-biological nature of protein formation, its assembly, and production in soluble form. She is focused on fluorescence methods, miniaturization of cultivation or detection systems, and automation of laboratory processes. Her goal is a large-scale collection of homogeneous data sets aiming to create prediction tools, which is linked to her interest in introducing and optimizing high-throughput robotic and microfluidic platforms.
