Research interests

Jana Hennelova is a student of Molecular Genetics interested in various areas of molecular and structural biology, including genetic engineering techniques, immunotherapies (e.g., CAR T-cell therapy) and stem cell research. She particularly focuses on the structure and function of proteins and the use of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to study their fundamental properties. Emphasis is placed on the application of basic scientific research into pharmacology and the development of disease therapies.

2019 – present BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences (Molecular Genetics), University of Edinburgh (Edinburgh, Scotland, UK)
