Research interests
Monika Rosinska is interested in developing various analytical tools for the analysis and design of proteins and their properties, e.g. web tools for discovering enzymes with desired function from known sequences (EnzymeMiner) or tools for improving thermostability. She would like to improve these tools, add new functions and make it easy for researchers to use available bioinformatic tools.Education
