Sergio Presented at BioExcel Conference on Advances in Biomolecular Simulations

At the end of October, Sergio Marques gave a talk at the 2nd BioExcel Conference on Advances in Biomolecular Simulations in Brno. He presented Comparative Markov State Analysis (CoVAMPnet), a versatile method for studying the impact of drug candidates on intrinsically disordered biomolecules. Sergio showcased how CoVAMPnet can be applied to investigate the molecular effects of potential anti-Alzheimer’s drugs. Great job, Sergio!
