Miloš Musil, Ph.D.
Milos holds M.Sc. in Bioinformatics and Biocomputing from the Brno University of Technology, where he is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics. He is a member of Loschmidt Laboratories since 2014 and his specializations include predictions of protein stability and ancestral sequence reconstruction. Milos holds several Dean’s awards and in 2018 he was awarded Joseph Fourier’s price for the research in the field of computer sciences. He is one of the developers of the FireProt, FireProt-ASR, PredictSNP, CaverWeb, and HotSpotWizard tools and in co-authored 12 articles. Milos also teaches Bioinformatics, Programming, and Database systems at Brno University of Technology.
