Monika Among Finalists of “Bystre hlavy” Competition

Monika Dlouha, a high school student from Matyas Lerch Grammar School, has been selected as a finalist in the “Bystre hlavy” competition organized by the Goethe-Institut!

Her project, “Rational engineering of spectral properties of green fluorescent protein from Renilla purpurea,” was carried out at the Loschmidt Laboratories (Masaryk University & ICRC) under the supervision of Daniel Pluskal and Martin Marek.

She was chosen as one of only 12 finalists across the Czech Republic—an outstanding achievement!

Congratulations!
