Values

Team members are available to each other in a way that differs from normal indifferent civility.

The activity takes place in the atmosphere of informality and general awareness.

The members of the team have developed a feeling of belonging which includes a jointly shared contentment when things are going well or a common concern when going less well.

The actual team is democratic. Among the team members there are no differences. That does not mean, however, that anarchy reigns.

The desire for self-improvement is evident, the central idea is the quality of one’s work.
