Marika Awarded Martina Roeselova Memorial Fellowship

Our doctoral student, Marika Majerova, has been awarded the prestigious Martina Roeselova Memorial Fellowship 2026!

This year, the IOCB Tech Foundation recognized 15 young researchers who successfully combine early scientific careers with caring for young children across a wide range of disciplines.

The award is designed to help Marika restart her scientific career after parental leave and will specifically cover childcare services for her son. The fellowship’s core aim is to enable young researchers to stay connected with international science.
