Our Students at Czech PhD Bioinformatics Conference

Five of our doctoral students participated in the Czech PhD Bioinformatics Conference in Olomouc on April 23–24, 2026.

Martin Havlasek and Monika Rosinska, both recipients of the Brno PhD Talent Award, delivered oral presentations. Martin introduced the AggreProt tool for predicting protein aggregation, while Monika presented the EnzymeMiner platform for discovering new biocatalysts.

Pavel Kohout, Karen Pailozian, and Petr Kabourek presented their work in poster sessions.

The conference enables PhD students to share research and connect in a friendly atmosphere, which our students truly appreciated.

Thanks to #CLARA for the support.
