Research interests

Dani is interested in structural characterization and post-translational modifications of proteins. He did the development of polymeric enzymes and applied them as nanoprobes for ELISA applications. He is also experienced in working with fungal cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (P450s) and identified some novel P450s which were able to catalyze difficult organic reactions. He would like to study more about structural characterization and computational study of enzymes and supramolecular proteins for specific applications.
