7th Computational Enzyme Design Course Officially Begins

The 7th edition of the Hands-on Computational Enzyme Design Course is officially underway! We were thrilled to welcome 63 participants hailing from nearly 20 countries. Our cohort represents a diverse mix of expertise:

• 70% from academia, including representatives from the University of Oxford, Princeton University, University of Groningen, DTU, Technical University of Dublin, Technical University of Berlin, University of Zurich and the Czech Academy of Sciences.

• 30% from industry, with professionals joining us from companies such as Bayer, Samsung Electronics, BioC3, DEEP Piction, and RevivBio.

The first day has been packed with energy! We kicked things off with: introductions of our expert lecturers and global participants, a keynote talk on the fundamentals of computational enzyme design, hands-on tutorials focused on identifying novel enzymes and homology modeling.

A special session was also devoted to our co-organizer, Enantis, which introduced its cutting-edge software and services.
